Dedicated planning support
Couples are referred to a licensed full-service planner who will oversee every detail - ensuring a professional, cohesive experience from concept through completion.

Exclusive venue access
Enjoy up to eight hours of private venue use, including time for setup, event execution and breakdown. Your clients will have the space and flexibility to fully enjoy their day.

Private, one-wedding-per-day promise
Only one wedding is hosted per day - guaranteeing privacy, exclusivity and our team’s undivided attention.

Ceremony seating
White folding chairs are provided at no extra charge for up to 150 guests.

Guest refreshment station
A complimentary fruit-infused water station is included for guests during the ceremony.

Banquet essentials included
Standard event equipment such as a gift table, cake table, registration table and white in-house linens are provided to simplify event execution.

Pricing is valid through December 31, 2025, and is subject to change at the discretion of the vendor. Additional charges may apply for custom orders or substitutions. A professional wedding planner is required for all ceremonies and receptions held at OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa. A list of preferred planners will be provided upon request.

Nestled along the lava cliffs of historic Keauhou Bay, OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa offers beautiful and effortless wedding scenes for couples ready to begin their forever. From the first toast to the final dance, every detail is thoughtfully supported so your special day feels as natural as the island breeze.

Planning made simple

All weddings and receptions held at OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa must be coordinated by a licensed full-service wedding or event planner. This ensures every event is handled with care, professionalism and ease.

Ceremony and reception events include up to two hours for ceremonies and up to six hours for combined events

A food and beverage minimum are required for all receptions, with custom quotes available upon request. If the minimum is not reached, the remaining balance is applied as a room rental fee.

A reserved room block of 10 rooms for two nights helps keep everyone together and on time

By booking in advance, couples receive special group rates that save guests money and make travel planning easier for everyone involved.

Pre- and post-wedding gatherings offer even more ways to connect and celebrate

Couples can host a scenic rehearsal dinner under the stars or enjoy a relaxed farewell brunch overlooking the bay. Late-night snacks are also available to keep the celebration going after dessert is served.

Every Monday and Thursday, couples and guests are invited to experience our signature Feast & Fire Luau
