Booking Requirements & Cancellation Policy

• The Marau hourly package requires a minimum booking duration of 4 hours.
• Meimei services are offered as a full-day package of 8 hours.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ cancellation notice is mandatory. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge equivalent to one day, billed the guest’s room account.

Meimei Service Hours:

• 0900 - 1700
• 1300 - 2100
• 0900-1300 & 1700-2100
• 1000-1400 & 1800-2200

Overtime Services:

• Overtime for Meimei nanny services is available only by prior arrangement with Management and requires a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice.
• Additional fees apply as per current rates [refer to the separate fees document]

Meal Breaks:

• Meimei attendants are entitled to a 30-minute meal break after every 4 hours of service.
• A replacement attendant will be arranged during such breaks to ensure continuous care.

Child-Minding Ratios:

• Infants [6 months to 2 years, inclusive]: 1 meimei per child
• Children [3 years to 12 years]: 1 meimei per 2 children
• Maximum of 2 children per meimei

Staff Allocation and Service Conditions:

• The Resort reserves the right to reassign Meimei staff without prior notice.
• Meal selections for children must be made by parents; attendants will supervise meal times.
• Meimei attendants are prohibited from taking children outside of hotel premises without prior senior Management approval.
• Guests are responsible for all costs incurred by attendants during off-property excursions.
• An Off-Premises Excursion Form must be fully completed and approved by Management before authorisation.
• Attendants require designated meals and break periods.

Activities and Restrictions:

• Meimei services provide a variety of toys and games for children.
• Children aged 3 years to 12 years may participate in Kids Club activities, subject to registration by a parent upon arrival.
• Attendants are not permitted to take children swimming in the pool or ocean.
• Meimei attendants are not authorised to administer medication or assess medical conditions.

Contingency and Replacement:

• In the event an attendant becomes ill or unable to continue, every effort will be made to provide a replacement.
• If no replacement is available, a full-day refund will be credited to the guest’s room account.

Additional Requirements:

• Contact details for the parents or guardians must be available to Meimei attendants at all times.
• All bookings are subject to availability
